We currently ship to customers within Australia and selected international destinations.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (CET) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day.

Handling Time

All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday). Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Transit Time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday).

Total Delivery Time

From the moment of purchase to final delivery, you can expect your order to arrive within 6 to 12 business days (Monday to Friday).

We offer free shipping on every order.

All prices and transactions are processed in the currency selected at checkout.

Delivery Delays

If the estimated processing and delivery time has passed and your order still hasn't arrived, please allow an additional 3 business days (Monday to Friday). If your order still hasn't reached you after that period, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

Cancellations

To cancel your order, email us at chloenovaaus@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please take photos and email them to chloenovaaus@gmail.com along with your order number. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible and apologise for any inconvenience.
