Thank you for shopping with Chloe Nova. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help with returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within the time frame set out below.
Exchanges
We also accept exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, simply follow the return process and let us know you'd prefer an exchange rather than a refund.
Product Condition & Return Window
Condition: Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received them, including the original packaging.
Return window: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.
Method & Fees
Method: All returns and exchanges are handled by mail. To start a return, contact us by email at chloenovaaus@gmail.com, and we'll guide you through the process.
Return shipping: Return labels are not provided automatically. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by our support team. Please pack items carefully and ship them using a reliable carrier.
Restocking fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 days. The refund is issued to the original payment method used at checkout. If it takes longer than expected, please contact us and we'll look into it.
Return Address
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the return address. Please do not ship any items back before receiving confirmation from our support team.
Cancellations
To cancel your order, email us at chloenovaaus@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Received an incorrect or damaged order? Please take photos and email them to chloenovaaus@gmail.com along with your order number. We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible, and we apologise for any inconvenience.
